1. Warranty conditions are valid on the condition that periodic maintenance is carried out only by using original parts of KBT brand.
2. Unless otherwise stated in our offer, the assembly and commissioning of the offered products belongs to the customer.
3. Unless a notification is made by the customer, shipments are made with the Cargo/Transport companies that our company works with.
4. Possible delays in SHIPMENT and CUSTOMS regarding the delivery times of the products during the export process are outside the periods specified in our offer. In addition, our company is not responsible for the delays caused by such types and persons (such as Cargo, Transport Warehouse, Customs procedures of the countries, etc.).
5. Our Bid Prices will be requested at the exchange rate specified in the offer.
6. As long as the total price of the invoiced product is not paid, the property belongs to "KBT Elektrik".
7. Istanbul/Central Courthouses and enforcement offices are authorized in disputes arising from this contract.
